Come on, let's cook!

The marinade comes first: The ketchup, honey, spicy sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and crushed red chili should all be combined in a bowl. Ensure that everything is thoroughly mixed

Marinate the chicken by tossing the cubes into the marinade and making sure to coat them completely. For about fifteen minutes, cover and leave it alone. This will allow the chicken to absorb the flavors fully.

Cooking the chicken: After heating a pan, place the marinated chicken inside and cook it for two to three minutes over medium heat. After giving it a little stir, cover the pan and reduce the heat to low.for a further six to eight minutes. After it's thoroughly cooked, put it aside.

Combining everything: Place the boiled penne pasta in a cast iron pan, or any other pan that can withstand some heat. Arrange the cooked chicken on top, then cover everything with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese. Add some sesame seeds and chopped spring onion leaves as garnish.

Last step: Cook for 4–5 minutes on low, covered, or until the cheese has melted and the mixture is oozy.

That's it, too! You have a delicious dish of hot, cheesy chicken with polenta pasta. It's a huge hit because of the combination of salty, sweet, and spicy ingredients. Serve it hot, and I promise that no one will have it for long.
